Introduction
FBOs are privately owned companies providing aeronautical services to privately owned aircrafts.

X-1 FBO assists Customer Service Representatives (X-1 FBOs main users) at FBOs to manage these services. Like any business, accounting is an essential part for FBOs to keep track of numbers and totals.

Research & Discovery
Users reported frustration within X-1 FBO in the accounting section of the platform.
In order for many simple tasks to be completed, users would have to go out of their way to reach CSRs without a way to solve these issues themselves.

User Flow
This diagram shows the user flow from the user logging into X-1 FBO, to opening up accounting, to updating the product and viewing the totals and audit history, to exiting the software.
High Fidelity Prototypes
Main View
With the new design, users can now:

1. View any General Ledger (GL) movements, which are used to display, delete and recalculate the GL movements.
2. Have clarity on which documents had errors while syncing along with the reason behind the sync.
3. View the audit history for each document.
4. Sync, export, move between categories (pending, errors, don't sync, and done) and print multiple documents at once.
