UX Designer/Business Analyst

- Designs wireframes to modernize UI screens while adhering to stakeholder requirements and the U.S. Web Design Standards (USWDS).
- Facilitated a research study for legacy-system redesign by conducting semi-structural interviews among 30 users across different agencies, analyzed and synthesized the data into affinity diagrams, and presented the findings and recommendations on how to improve the system to stakeholders.
